Ousainou Allen - Interim President

Ousainou Allen is the driving force behind the NAFAA Party and a dedicated champion for Gambian sovereignty. With a foundation of integrity and grassroots empowerment, he has emerged as a principled voice for the marginalized, ensuring every citizen has a role in our national development. Under his leadership, NAFAA has become a movement for "Cultural Renaissance." Allen believes true progress must be rooted in Gambian values and self-reliance. By prioritizing youth empowerment and economic freedom, he is leading the charge toward a brighter future where justice and prosperity are accessible to all.

Our History and Milestones

NAFAA was born from a profound realization: that true national development is impossible without a return to our cultural roots and a firm grasp on our economic sovereignty. For too long, The Gambia has operated under a colonial architecture that is extractive and paternalistic, leaving us dependent on foreign food aid despite our 500,000 hectares of arable land and abundant resources. Our project is one of 'Cultural Renaissance.' We believe in modeling our development agenda in conformity with our Gambian heritage, intrinsic norms, and values. By adopting a citizen-centered approach, we aim to transform our nation from a state of dependency to a global model of self-reliance and dignity.

2016:

The Initiation.

NAFAA was initiated during the change of government to ensure a principled path forward for The Gambia.

Formal Registration

Commenced the formal registration process with the IEC to represent the voices of the people.
